DO YOU NEED SOME POCKET LEARNING !!
Pocket folder in the hand ….. must work for your business.
Important questions for consideration:
1. What is going inside the folder?
2. Does the contents mean that a capacity to the pocket and spine is required.
3. Can the flap be used for holding a business card – always useful.
4. The addition of a lamination to one side will add thickness and hence robustness to your folder. Useful if the folder is expected to have longevity.
5. Can the size of the folder be adjusted to fit within a standard C4 envelope. Oversized envelopes are more expensive to purchase.
6. If your folder has a capacity please consider storage as these “capacity” folders will be 30 to each box. 1,000 folders equates to 33 boxes which would need additional storage to folders without a capacity. Interestingly for one client we used a locking tab which meant that we were able to supply the folders flat for making up as required. This was a simple process.
